TRAFFIC CAPACITY ANALYSIS ON THE ROAD SECTION PRAMUKA IN KOLAKA

Southeast Sulawesi is one of the cities in Indonesia which is experiencing growth and is doing development in all areas of their lives. Similarly, development in Kolaka increasing the rate of population growth is also growing rapidly. The impact of these things can certainly cause traffic on the highway will increase, and Jl. Pramuka that its capacity is quite high in Kolaka. Survey undertaken which include the capacity or vehicle volume, which is carried on Sundays until Saturday with 12-hour observation period (starting at 06-18.00)
From the data analysis process in the data obtained to the large volume of vehicles during the peak of the research is on Monday at 13:00 to 14:00 pm with a total volume of 1134 vehicles.
From the discussion, the overall calculation, Jl. Pramuka in Kolaka city in general is still in service level C where the flow of vehicles still can say stable but limited, means that vehicle speed on Jl. Pramuka in the city of Kolaka is still can be said normal.

THE NEEDS ANALYSIS OF PARKING SPACE IN THE MARKET LAMEKONGGA KECAMATAN WUNDULAKO, KOLAKA

The Lamekongga market is situated on the road axis Kolaka -Pomalaa Kecamatan Wundulako with a land area of 8175. Because of the magnitude of the needs of society, the demand facilities and supporting facilities, market facilities, and infrastructure is increasing. But in fact, the existence of traditional markets is not supported by adequate parking facilities for 2-wheel vehicles and four wheels.
In this study, the methodology used is primary data collection (measurements outside area parking situation / condition of the parking, arrival, and the vehicle exit). Secondary data (data on population, data on the number of vehicles parking, a map of the market, and the extent of market Mekongga). Based on the survey results and analysis of the level of need for motorcycle parking space is highest on Friday at 08:00 to 09:00 with the requirements of 481.50 m2 parking with 321 the number of vehicles, parking space Need Level 4 wheel that is highest on Friday at 08:00 to 09:00 with 1025 M2 level parking needs with the number of 82 vehicles. So the total number of parking spaces required by the market Lamekongga is 1,507 m2

EVALUATION OF PLANNING TIME AND LABOR ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CLINIC BUILDING AND ADMINISTRATION BLUDS BENJAMIN GULUH HOSPITAL, KABUPATEN KOLAKA
This study aims to determine the amount of labor used in the development work and administration of the Polyclinic BULD Benjamin GULUH Hospital, Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi Province. In this research, there are number of jobs that are used in the field is less that takes a long time to complete the project. Under these conditions, the problem in this research is how to choose the time and labor effective and efficient in the construction of polyclinics and administration Building BLUDS Benjamin GULUH Hospital, Kolaka. Researchers use this type of observation, interviews, bibliography. This method is a method of research that looked directly at the test site and as well as searching for information related to the research, which further describe the results of this study . In observation, data and information collected and described at the end of the study after analysis.
The purpose of this study was to determine the scheduling of time and labor efficient in the implementation of development and constraints that affect the implementation process of development in order to organize and allocate the available resources to be more effectively and efficiently to the needs and functions of each.

IMPLEMENTATION OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT (CASE STUDY: PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICE STAFFING AGENCY AT REGIONAL KOLAKA)
Workplace health and safety issues (K3) is generally in Indonesia is still often overlooked. This indicated a high rate of employment accident. The construction sector is one of the sectors most at risk to accidents. It is most unfortunate is the application of these rules in the field is still far from optimal and low public awareness of workplace safety.
The purpose of this study is to explain about implementation occupational safety and health in construction work and labor to explain the perception of safety on construction projects Kanto BKD Kolaka. This research analyzes using quantitative analysis method of measurement Guttman scale. Research sector by implementing the law minister of manpower and transmigration No.Per-01 / Men / 1980 on occupational safety and health in construction. The results of quantitative research shows that the implementation of occupational safety and health at the office building project on the use of safety Kolaka AKD is not the extent of the work that is equal to 59.09% and the applicable regulatory requirements minister and the perception of labor on development projects office of BKD Kolaka on the use of safety is no flexibility in work that is equal to 35.38%. while the smallest reason dikemukaan is the work status that is equal to 9.23% of the total 50 projects office of BKD Kolaka.

INFLUENCE OF TRANSPORTATION ON ROCKS GROUP MINING DAMAGE ROADS BODY IN THE CITY OF KOLAKA KOLAKA KABUTAPEN (CASE STUDY AT JL. USMAN RENCONG)

The need for development in Kolaka is increasing every year, considering Kolaka is an area that is growing in line with the increase in population growth. With the need in question, hence the need of the land increased. As the construction is done in coastal areas and wetlands, in desperate need of embankment material, which resulted in the soil to be transported from a considerable distance, and must go through the city streets. Road damage caused by vehicles transporting very large embankment material impact on the destruction of the structure of the road by a vehicle conveyance during the process of transportation of materials takes place. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of damage to roads on Jl. Usman Rencong and the effect of vehicle load freight mine rock group against Jl. Usman Rencong District of Kolaka.
This type of damage that occurred on Jl. Usman Rencong is fine cracks, edge cracks, Planting utilities, holes, collapsed, and release granules. The type of damages mostly for Jl. Usman Rencong 1 is a type of damage to vanish, and on Jl. Usman Rencong two most damage is the type of damage to the hole.

A STUDY OF DAMAGE ROADS-RATE-RATE TO KOLAKA

Kolaka road link to the Rate-rate in Kolaka regency is congested traffic road of heavy vehicles, intermediate, and obstacles where is the line that connects several districts and cities. The district of which is Konawe, north Konawe, South Konawe, and Kendari; The capital of Southeast Sulawesi province. This study aimed to determine the damage that occurs and causes damage to the road. Data of the damage to roads Kolaka to Rate-rate were obtained from surveys of road damage includes damage to the surface, namely: cracks, surface defects, wear, obesity and declines in the former utility planting, damage due to road construction: Expenses traffic, weakness-layer pavement layers, the carrying capacity of the land, the effect of water on the road, the effect of local temperature and homogeneous mixture.
Conclusions and Observations on roads Kolaka to Rate-rate, Kolaka, cases in the field so often found damage caused by surface defects pavement, among others: Collapsed on the road, potholes, cracks baseboards, cracks crocodile skin, cracked connections, fine cracks , shrinkage crack, crack slip, holes and release granules located at km 54 + 400 to km 56 + 700, so that the necessary handling and overall good condition is always maintained so that the road reaches the age appropriate desired plan.

A COMPARISON BETWEEN THE USE OF SAND-OKO OKO WITH RIVER SAND LAMEKONGGA AS THE BUILDING BLOCKS TO THE MIX DESIGN AC-WC
Construction of the highway infrastructure will smooth traffic flow and facilitate relations between regions, especially the remote areas as well as urban areas. The importance of the highway as the infrastructure of landline connection, thus demanding road conditions were good and durable. Mix AC-WC by using sand-Oko oko expected to gain flexibility, to the aggregate characteristics and composition of the mixture must meet the specifications. the method used in this study using an experimental method is to create some test objects to be sampled. Meterial making sand-Oko oko at Kecamatan Pomalaa, Kabupaten Kolaka.
Based on the results of sieve analysis of data on aggregate to AC-WC composition of the mixture is coarse aggregate = 55% = 35% sand and stone dust = 10%. Testing Marshall to mix AC-WC obtained the optimum bitumen content (OBC) = 5.65%, with a mixture of the following characteristics: stabilitaas (kg) = 1300.02> 800, flow (mm) = 3.07> 2, Marshall Quetion (kg / mm) = 423.78> 200, VIM (%) = 4.80> 3.9 to 4.9. VMA (%) = 14.5> 14, and VFA (&) 69.13> 68. Overall examination of aggregate and binder have met the national standard specification in Indonesia (SNI)

FEASIBILITY STUDY ON THE CONTENT OF SALT AND PH SOIL WATER AT KECAMATAN BAULA, KABUPATEN KOLAKA
Research salinity and pH of surface and ground water in the district Baula Kolaka district became one of the efforts to determine the level of groundwater salinity and PH in the area. The high level of salinity of surface and ground water in the region will affect the existence of the building itself. In addition to salinity, soil and surface water pH also affects the quality of water to be used as building materials, for example due to the levels of ground and surface water pH ranging from 4.5 to 8.5 then it will slow down the increase in concrete or mortar. Sampling starts from the coastal areas of Puuroda village and then perpendicularly away from the shoreline. In this study, emphasis on coastal areas of Puuroda allegedly had water salinity levels are quite high. And the result showed the value of the levels of ground and surface water salinity ranges from 1,000- 30.023%.
Salinity levels showed low values on samples in rural areas of Puuroda is a sample of water that comes from wells drilled and also the river / swamp, while for the water samples came from areas far from the coast showed levels below 1.000%.
Based on the water quality according to British standard (BS, 3148-80), out of 58 samples of surface and ground water at the area of Kecamatan Baula, there are 32 water samples in the coastal region Puuroda eligible for consumption, which means it can be used as a mixture of concrete mortar. Meanwhile, based on the provision of water quality (R & D departments of Public Works Agency, 2004) for the PH value is allowed between 4,5- 8,5, then there are 43 standard sample for use as an ingredient in concrete or mortar.

PATTERN ANALYSIS OF STUDENT MOVEMENT AT KECAMATAN KOLAKA AT SMP NEGERI 1 KOLAKA
An early issue of the transport delay departing students in the school or to the school could be caused by the traffic data so that the use of means of transportation cannot be the maximum speed, and can lead to an accident that many students do not feel safe and comfortable in using means of transportation. Their relationship movement patterns of students leaving school and home school in using means of transport by accessibility factors (aspect distance). Under these conditions, the problem in this study were (1) how the characteristics of the students of SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka. (2) How Student Movement Patterns SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka. Research using this type of research sampling in order to obtain primary data field survey done by giving questionnaires and also collected data by direct observation of the pattern of movement of students at these locations with a descriptive observation method of analysis. In this study the data and information collected and described at the end of the study after analysis. The purpose of this study was to identify patterns of movement of students of SMPN 1 Kolaka. The results of this study indicate movement pattern of the SMPN 1 students from home to school.
