A B S T R A K
A quick and precise decision will be the decision maker succesfull key. Information only does not help in making decisions, if it is not able to formulate the best alternatives. This study aims to build a simulation of decision-making model of determination of the single tuition fee to new students at Univrsitas Sembilanbelas Novemer. The process of the single tuition fee selection should be able to provide an information as quickly and as accurately in determining the appropriate single tuition fee and on a predetermined schedule. The basis used in the implementation of the single tuition fee starts from the circular of Dirjen Dikti No 305 / E / T / 2012 concerning Tuition Fee which is renewed with SE Dirjen Dikti No 488 / E / T / 2012 on Single Tuition and SE Dirjen Dikti no 97 / E / KU / 2012 About Single Tuition Money. Although there have been 3 circulars in fact almost all State Universities (PTN) have not been able to implement the single tuition fee and only a few PTN have done the single tuition fee since the new academic year 2012/2013. USN Kolaka has implemented UKT since 2014 but does not yet have a model to simulate an effective and efficient UKT determination process.
The solution of such problems can be solved by the development of a decision-making model in the establishment of the single tuition fee. The model used is Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) model through Simple Additive Weinghting (SAW) method.
Theresult can be implemented by the single tuition fee Academic Bureau and Selection Committee at the Universtas Sembilanbelas November. So , that it can determine what steps to take. Then, it can minimize any possible mistakes that may detrimental to the the single tuition fee prospective students.
