ANALYSIS OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGENCY’S REGIONAL DISASTER RELIEF (FLOOD DISASTER MANAGEMENT CASE STUDY IN NORTHERN KOLAKA LASUSUA SUB-DISTRICT

Abstract

This research aims to know the performance analysis of the Agency’s Disaster areas in Northern Kolaka Lasusua Subdistrict. This research is qualitative research descriptive data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that the disaster relief Agency’s performance Analysis of areas, particularly in Northern Kolaka Lasusua Sub-district has not been optimised in terms of accountability, responvitas, productivity, corporate responsibility and our satisfaction of customers.

Aspiration can make improvements for the future in case of disaster again, productivity performance of BPBD associated with the handling of the disaster area is still minimal. Our satisfied customers demonstrate the performance of BPBD in serving the community is relatively still low due to a lack of infrastructure as well as quality of resources that are not yet adequate apparatus. Corporate responsibility performance of BPBD walks not in accordance with the principles of administration.
