COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN DEVELOPMENT IN THE VILLAGE OF TAHIBUA SUB-DISTRICT OF NORTH KOLAKA REGENCY TIWU (STUDY ON INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT IN THE VILLAGE OF TAHIBUA)

This research aims to know the community participation in development in the village of the Tahibua sub – district of North Kolaka Regency Tiwu, particularly on infrastructure development as well as the factors that affected it.
This research is a Government informant Village Tahibua and the community in the village of Tahibua. The number of informants research that is 17 people.The type of this research is descriptive and analytical techniques, data used are descriptive qualitative analysis. The type of the data being used is the primary data and secondary data with engineering data collection, i.e. study library and field research through observation, interview and documentation.
The results of this research show that the implementation of infrastructure development in the village of Tahibua Sub-district Tiwu occurs in several stages, namely the stage of socialization and development. The participation in a given society in mind the activities of socialization is the form of the proposals, suggestions and criticism in any meeting held. Society tends to participate in this form of energy contributes through room compared to the other forms. Form of participation of the property is given in the form of building materials, such as cement, iron, Board, sand and fundraiser. The participation of the community in the form of skills is carried out through participation in accordance with building work skills. The most influential factors towards the degree of participation of the community in the village of Tahibua that is a factor of employment and income for society.
