PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL ASSET AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AREA (BPKAD) NORTH KOLAKA

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and explain the performance of the Financial and assets Management Area North Kolaka and to know the factors that affect the performance of the financial and assets Management Area North Kolaka Regency.

The data collected in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data sourced from interviews with the informant that add up to 7 people. As for the secondary data by performing data collection is the study of librarianship, the direct observation and the supporting literature. As for the techniques of the qualitative data analysis is by using reduction data, display data (presentation) and the withdrawal of the kersimpulan.

The results of research conducted at the Office of finance and Asset Management Areas North Kolaka Regency can be reviewed through the analysis of its performance by using the approach of the input, output or input/output and outcomes through quality of human resources, technology and facilities belonging to provide good impact giving rise to services and the achievement of the Organization’s performance is good but there is still a less satisfactory in providing service that is less exertion on the Office BPKAD Kab. Kolaka Utara. While the factors that affect the performance of finance and Asset Management Areas in financial management areas North Kolaka is covering aspects of motivation in giving encouragement against the clerk in improving its performance in the Organization for the achievement of the target as well as aspects of the ability of the apparatus as a spearhead of the Ministry public where been good because the majority of the educated scholars aparaturnya resources as collateral would be as good a performance apparatus.
