PUBLIC SERVICE QUALITY STUDY SERVICE CARD (KTP) POPULATION IN DISTRICT LAMBANDIA DISTRICT EAST OF KOLAKA

The purpose of the research is to find out the extent to which quality of service Card (KTP) Population in district Lambandia District East of Kolaka.
Data collected in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the community who have made the service ID CARD questions in a questionnaire with items as for which samples are numbered 100 people. Secondary data is data that is retrieved from the Lambandia Sub-district office of Kolaka East or through data that has been researched and collected by the other party relating to the relevant research issues. Analytical techniques used is the type of research used are intended to gather Quantitative information actual and detailed.
Based on the results of research and Discussion about the quality of service Card (KTP) Population in district Lambandia of service quality conclusion KTP is Complete, i.e. Accountability (35%), fairly good condition, i.e., the issue of timeliness in the settlement of ID, i.e. 43% did not timely, participation (40%) is quite good, and the balance of Equality rights i.e. (45%) is quite good. As for some of the factors affecting the quality of service of GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID, i.e. Lambandia in district (37%) answered the abilities and skill factors on quality of service ID in the Lambandia subdistrict of Kolaka East which most affect the quality of service ID CARD.
