The purpose of this research is to know the influence of human resources Competence consists of knowledge (X 1), skills (X 2), and behaviors (X 3) against the performance of employees on the PD. Various efforts of Kolaka.

This is a type of research, study of empirical research, that research can be examined according to the grades based on the goals and objects. The population in this research is PD. A Variety Of Efforts Kolaka. Method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire, interviews and Documentation Study. Data is processed using SPSS 10.0 for windows. Methods of data analysis using the method of descriptive and quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the influence of the competence-competence of human resources which consists of knowledge (X 1), skills (X 2), and behaviors (X 3) against the performance of employees on the PD. Based on a test of the free variable F (knowledge, skills, and behaviors) jointly have a positive and significant effect against the variable is bound (the performance of the employee).
