THE INFLUENCE OF TRAINING ON PERFORMANCE CLERK AT THE OFFICES OF THE AGENCY FOR COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT AND GOVERNANCE VILLAGE NORTH KOLAKA

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of Training on performance Clerk at the offices of the Agency for community empowerment and governance village (BPMPD) North Kolaka Regency.
The type of this research is a descriptive quantitative method approach to problem-solving, namely by describing and depicting the State of the subject/object of research (individual, institution, community and others) at the time are now based on the facts that look or how they are, and who serve as samples as many as 31 people. Quantitative data obtained are then processed using the Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis and regression coefficients with the help of the program SPSS.
Based on the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient indicates that there is a sufficient relationship of influence and closely (moderate) among variables and variable performance of training employees at the Agency’s Office of community empowerment and governance Village Kolaka Utara. After testing the significance (significance), packed the second variable that significant relationships. Determination and analysis of the results of the regression analysis indicate that there is a considerable influence and linear relationships between variables and variable performance of employee training. Thus the hypothesis presented in this study is that there is a significant influence on performance training officer at the Agency’s Office of enforcement and administration of the North Kolaka, generally accepted empirical.
