The purpose of this research is to know and explain the performance of employees in the service of the population Sign Electronic Card and explain the factors that affect the performance of employees in the service of the Electronic Population Sign on the Card Office Ladongi.

The data collected in this research the primary data and secondary data, primary data sourced from interviews with the informant that add up to 10 people and the observations in the field. As for the secondary data by performing data collection is the study of librarianship, direct observation, and the supporting literature, as for the techniques of the qualitative data analysis is by using data reduction, display data, and the withdrawal of the conclusion.

The results of the research done at the Office regarding performance Ladongi Employees in the service of the population Sign Card electronic (E-ID), namely the ability of the officers in the discharge of duties is in compliance with the duties and functions of each of the employees, the initiative that is providing a waiting room queue E-ID card, verify data, perform repairs a broken system and coordinate with the villages and subdistricts to do recording data to the community in Ladongi. While the quality of the E-ID CARD good enough and the result is nothing less satisfying with a success rate is not done properly. As for the factors that influence the service of E-ID CARDS, namely the existence of a level of education and ability training in computer systems in recording operte E-ID CARD and the motivation of the existence of a boost from the leadership and encouragement from yourself to serve the community as a man of the State. Of the two most prominent factors, i.e. motivation factors as seen from the direction of thrust and thrust yourself as a man of the State to serve the community. While the constraints of being in the service of E-ID CARD that is server network system constraints, damage to computer devices E-ID CARD, the E-ID CARD data that is not valid in Ladongi.
