This study aims to determine the role of village heads in the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Tinukari Village Wawo District of North Kolaka Regency

This research is a research with qualitative descriptive type, the informant in this research as many as ten people. Data collection techniques are direct observation, direct interview. The data analysis used Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Attract Conclusion.

The results of this study indicate that the Village Fund Allocation implemented and managed by Tinukari Village Wawo District of North Kolaka Regency has not run well the purpose of the fund to support the development of facilities and infrastructure and the welfare of the people of Tinukari Village. This is an obstacle to the implementation and management process of the Village Fund Allocation Fund which is the lack of compliance by the Village Head against the existing rules and the lack of socialization and openness to the community about the Village Fund Allocation.

The research is based on the problems in the extensive reading lesson to find the main problem that is still low for the students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Ladongi. The problem is caused because students are less active when the teacher provides opportunities to practice extensive reading in front of the class. is whether the use of P2R method can improve the reading skill extensively to find the main problem of students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Ladongi ?. This research aimed to apply P2R method can improve the reading skill extensively to find the main problem of the student of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Ladongi. The research model used is Classroom Action Research. Subjects in this study, namely students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Ladongi amounted to 28 students. Instruments in this study were observation sheets, essay tests, assessment sheets and interview guides.

The result of the research is based on minimum mastery criteria (KKM). The results of this study showed that: in the action of the cycle I the average value achieved by the students at the time of extensive reading 70, 21 whereas in cycle II students get an average value of 81.64. Aspects of assessment of learning for student observation sheets during the learning activities in the first cycle only reached 60% classical mastery and increased in the second cycle reached 90%. The ability of grade VIII A students of SMP Negeri 1 Ladongi in extensive reading to find the main problem through P2R method has increased.

The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of comprehension of extensive reading through discussion method. The populations of this study as many as 25 people. The sample of this research is done thoroughly (total sampling technique), the technique used is news reading technique. This research is motivated by the importance of how the pattern of the ability of the students themselves in reading the extension, so there should be positive steps to develop especially among junior high school students so that they can grow their potential to be used as supplies to higher education level.

The problem discussed in this study is “how the ability of grade VIII B students SMP Negeri 3 Samaturu in reading extensively,”, the scope of this study is (1). Read the survey, (2). Read at a glance, (3). Reading shallow. This type of research is action research in the classroom.

Based on the results of this study, the authors concluded that students who are categorized have been able to read extensively, it is proven percentage indicates 71.48% is on the level above 55%. Thus, the ability to read extensively used as research material cannot be done automatically but must be trained and guided so that the pattern of its ability is higher.

This research is motivated by one of the abilities of language that involves a very serious thought process is writing, especially when a person (student) is faced with the understanding of discourse. This is where the importance of writing ability is controlled by the students. The ability to write for students is closely related to their study activities, especially in the achievement of learning. In this case, the ability to write well for students can be a provision for continuing education at higher levels of education. The problem that will be studied in this research is “Is the use of assignment method can improve the ability of the student class VII SMP Negeri 2 Samaturu in writing the journal with good and correct language?” This research aims to describe the improvement of the ability of VII students of SMP Negeri 2Samaturu in writing the diary with good and correct language using assignment method.

The results of this study are expected to be useful as information about the ability to write a diary of students of SMP Negeri 2 Samaturu, is expected to provide encouragement to the main school teachers Indonesian language in an effort to improve and improve the quality of teaching writing as an integral material of teaching Indonesian language in junior high. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 2 Samaturu. The object of research is the students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Samaturu which amounted to 30 people. The method used this research is the method of assignment.This type of research is a classroom action research. Data in this study is obtained in the class or research location in accordance with the problem of research. The research population is the overall student class VII SMP Negeri 2Samaturu lesson year 2015/2016, which amounted to 30 students. The results showed the ability to write diaries SMP Negeri 2Samaturu students are quite capable. Of the 30 students, there were 26 students (86.58%) categorized students who already have the ability to write a diary, while 4 students (13.32%) do not have the ability to write a diary

The research was distributed by the study of women’s relationship with men who are in a special literary novel. In this research the novel Saman, Ayu Utami works will be examined the relationship of women with men in it. Based on the background of the research problem, namely: how is the Relation of women to men in the novel Saman, Ayu Utami works? The objectives to be achieved in this study i.e., describe the relationship of women to men in the novel Saman, Ayu Utami works. The benefits of this research are (1) the author can gain knowledge and understanding of women’s relationship with men in the novel Saman, Ayu Utami works and (2) the reader can gain a knowledge and understanding of women’s relationship with men in the novel Saman, Ayu Utami works. In order for the discussion in this study more specifically and systematically, then focus in this research only on the scope of his work on the relationship of women with men, namely the views of women with men against aspects of the education, culture, health and work ketenaga in the novel Saman, Ayu Utami works. This research uses the qualitative descriptive method. The descriptive method was the depiction or representation of data based on the facts objectively appropriate data contained in the novel Saman, Ayu Utami works.  Qualitative because in it is said not to use the principles of statistics, but using words, phrases, sentences in the entire process of research. The source of the data in this study is the work of Saman, Ayu Utami’s novel. Data analysis techniques used in this research using model analysis of the flows, which includes three components, namely (1) the reduction of data; (2) presentation of data; (3) the withdrawal of the summary. Based on the analysis that examined regarding the relation of women to men that are there in the novel Saman, Ayu Utami, work can be summed up as follows: (1) the novel Saman, Ayu Utami works there is a relationship of women with men in the aspect of education, by Laila Yasmin, Cok, Shakuntala, Sihar and Saman, (2) there is a relationship of women with boys in the aspects of culture that are performed by the character Shakuntala, Yasmin and Lucas (3) on the ketenaga there is a female relationship with TODO male as the protagonist, Laila Sihar, Rosano, Yasmin, Saman, Cok and Shakuntala, and (4) in the novel Saman, Ayu Utami works there is a relationship of women with men in the aspect of health conducted by Laila, Sihar, Yasmin, Saman, Shakuntala, and Co

This research is motivated by writing skills enables one to share ideas, feelings, events, and objects to others. Because of the writing skills we learned after entering school, these skills need to be taught in school appropriately. The problem studied in this study is “How Students Ability Class XB SMK Negeri 1 Loea in Writing Ideas to Invite Readers to Be in Persuasive Paragraph Form?” This study aims to describe the ability of students of class XB SMK Negeri 1 Loea in writing the idea to invite the reader to behave in the form of a persuasive paragraph. The type of this research is This type of research is field research. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method Population in this research is XB SMK Negeri 1 Loea academic year 2015/2016 which amounted to 18 people. The population is also a sample in this study. The instrument used to collect data is an idea-writing test to get the reader to behave in the form of a persuasive paragraph.

The results showed that (1) overall 100 or 100% obtained 2 respondents or 11.1% of excellent ability category. Value 85 or 85% obtained 2 respondents or by 11.1% category of excellent ability. Value 80 or 80% obtained 1 respondents or by 5.6%, good ability category. Value 75 or 75% obtained 2 respondents or 11.1%, good ability category. The value of 70 or 70% obtained 2 respondents or by 11.1%, sufficient capability categories. Value 55 or 55% obtained 3 respondents or equal to 16,7%, less ability category. The value of 45 or 45% obtained 2 respondents or 11.1%, less ability category. A value of 40 or 40% obtained 1 respondents or by 5.6%, the ability category. The value of 35 or 35% obtained 1 respondents or by 5.6%, less ability category. The value of 30 or 30% obtained 2 respondents or by 11.1% less ability category.

The research was distributed by character and point of view is the two items that construct the novel. The character is a fictional individual who experienced the events in the novel while the viewpoint is the position of the author in conveying the story. In pengisahan it, naming other authors use in describing the character. The use of other names this is what is meant by identity of the characters in this research. The problem in this research is “How is the identity of a character and point of view in the novel Twilight Dyah Pitaloka Majapahit Works Hermawan Ahsan”? The objectives to be achieved in this study are to describe the identity of the character and point of view in the novel Twilight Dyah Pitaloka Majapahit Works Hermawan Ahsan. The benefit in this study can theoretically be means of literature, theory development, especially novels, characters, and point of view. Practically this research can be useful (1) the author and the reader can gain a knowledge and understanding of the identity of a character and point of view in the novel Twilight Dyah Pitaloka Majapahit Works Hermawan Ahsan, (2) the related Institutions can benefit from the research results as reference material for the identity of a character and point of view further. This kind of research including research libraries. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data in this study is the data written in the form of words, phrases, clauses, sentences, and paragraphs containing the identity of a character and point of view. The data source in this research is novel Twilight Dyah Pitaloka Majapahit Works Hermawan Ahsan. Data collection techniques in the study of engineering are read, and note. Data analysis technique used is a structural theory.

The results showed that the characters in the novel have a different identity. Figure King Sri Rajasanagara Hayam Wuruk and Gajah Mada come with 3 identities. Dyah Pitaloka figure comes with 9 identities. Prabu Maharaja Linggabuana figure comes with 4 identities. Maharani Tribhuwanattunggadewi figures, cPanel and Rape, elephant Egon, Manteri Sohan, ruler of the Sura, and Senapatiyuda Sutrajali comes with 1 identity. Figure Nay Retna Goddess Lara Lisning comes with 3 identities. Figure Bunisora Soradipati Mangkubumi comes with 3 identities. Wirayuda Vizier figures come with 5 identities. Dang Acarya Nadera figure comes with 2 identities. The novel uses the viewpoint of mixture, i.e. the viewpoint of credits and diaan. Each points of view sitandai by the use of first person pronouns I and me while diaan viewpoint is marked by the use of the third person pronouns she and name yourself.

This research is motivated by the learning of Indonesian language in this curriculum directed to a competence of language both orally and in writing. Specialized Indonesian language learning at junior high school level is aimed at improving students’ ability to communicate in the Indonesian language properly and correctly, both orally and in writing, and fostering the appreciation of Indonesian literary works. Based on the background of this research problem is the formulation of the problem in this study is how the act of performative speech and act constative speech in the student environment MTsNegeri 1 Kolaka ?. The purpose of this study is to describe the act of speech performative and act constative speech in the student environment MTsNegeri 1 Kolaka.

This research has both theoretical and practical benefits. The theoretical benefit of this research is the findings of this research can enrich the pragmatic linguistic review especially the active speech act and constative speech acts. This study provides an overview of the use of performative speech acts and constative speech acts among students MTs Negeri 1 Kolaka.

This study is a classroom action research. It is said classroom action research because this research utilizes student worksheets as supporting data for research. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. Descriptive method is defined as the problem-solving procedure under study by describing or describing the state of the object of research. Data of this study was collected by using techniques of referring, recording techniques and techniques of record.

The types of students performative speech acts in MTs Negeri 1 Kolaka include, (1) implicit performative speech, including implicit performative speech – inform, implicit performative speech – invite, implicit performative speech – ability, (2) explicit performative speech, including explicit performative speech – plead, explicit performative speech – pledge, Types of tutorials in the environment of MTs Negeri 1 Kolaka include tutor constative, constative speech – inform and constative speech. Possible effects found in performative speech and students’ constructive speech in MTsNegeri 1 Kolaka environment, ie reject and accept.

This research is based on one of the problems in reading skill found in Grade VII Students. A SMP Negeri 3 Samaturu is the low ability of students in expressing the exemplary things of biography books. The formulation of the problem in this research is “Does the Method of Assignment Can Increase the Ability of Student Ability of Class VII A of SMP Negeri 3 Samaturu in expressing the exemplary things from biography book?” The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of students of class VII A SMP Negeri 3 Samaturu in expressing things that can be emulated from biography books using the method of assignment. This research is expected to be useful: (1) for the students, it is expected to improve the ability possessed by the students in expressing the exemplary things from the biography book, (2) for the teacher, it is expected to be useful to enrich the treasures of method, technique, strategy, in learning Indonesian language so as to improve teaching and learning activities that are interesting and not boring, (3) for the school, can be used as reading material and reference for the implementation of reading action at the next time. In addition, it is expected that the school becomes aware and aware of the importance of reading so that schools can further improve the facilities and infrastructure to improve students’ reading ability, (4) for researchers, this research is expected to be useful for researchers to be used as a reference or comparison in doing a research on method used. This research was conducted on July 29 until August 16, 2016 in class VII A SMP Negeri 3 Samaturu academic year 2015/2016. The study was conducted in 2 cycles.

Based on the results of research can be concluded that the application or use of methods of giving tasks in learning Indonesian can improve learning outcomes reveal the things that can be emulated from biography books. This can be seen from the completeness of classical learning, where in the first cycle the average score reached 66.4 students with mastery classical is 29.60% and in the second cycle the average value of students increased to 84.2 with 92.60% classical completeness.

One of the problems in language learning is writing especially writing news text. This is influenced by the difficulty of students in the packing of short, solid, and clear news language. In addition, students sometimes do not pay attention to the completeness of data of news items. In addition, teachers still apply the classical learning model or the lack of variation of learning models. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of students of grade VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Wolo in writing Text News through the method of Cooperative Pluss assignment (recitation). The expected benefit is that students are able to write short and concise news text. This research was conducted in class VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Wolo. Learning methods used in classroom learning, such as group learning and assignment and so on. Factors to be investigated are student factors, teacher factors and learning resource factors. This study follows the procedures, namely planning, implementation, and observation/evaluation, and reflection. Sources of data in this study are teachers and students. The data type in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Method of data collection 1) Qualitative data obtained from the implementation of the action, namely in the form of student activeness; 2) Quantitative data obtained from the results obtained in completing the test the ability to write news text. The indicator of the success of classroom action research for students’ ability in writing news text can be seen from two side that is qualitative and quantitative. Qualitatively, the learning process is said to succeed if students show an active attitude of creativity grows in solving problems, feelings of pleasure after following a series of cooperative learning methods pluss recitation. Quantitatively learning is said to succeed if the mastery learns 65% individual completeness and 80% classical completeness. The results showed that the learning of news text writing skills through the method of cooperative recitation pluss on the students of grade VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Wolo managed to improve the students’ abilities.

The results of research on antagonizing activities students’ classical ability are only 50% or 14 respondents who achieve the indicator mastery 65% ​​individual. In the final evaluation activity of cycle I students classical ability as much as 22 respondents or 78.5% who achieved the overall mastery of 65% indicator while the second cycle of final evaluation results from students’ classical ability as much as 28 respondents or 100% who achieved the indicator mastery 65% ​​individual. The ability of students to experience improvement from pre-action activity until final evaluation of cycle II is 100%. All students have been successful in the learning process by using the cooperative method of Response pluss.
