This study aims to describe the Implementation of Community Based Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) Wundulako District, Kolaka District

This research is a research with qualitative descriptive type, informant in this research as much as sixteen people. Data collection techniques are direct observation, direct interview. The data analysis used Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Attract Conclusion.

The results of this study indicate that Based on the results of research and findings in the field of Implementation of Community Based Drinking and Sanitation (PAMSIMAS) Program in Kowioha Village, Wundulako District, Kolaka Regency, the researcher can conclude that the implemented implementation has not been successful and running optimally. Various findings in the field found that in the implementation there is storage of clean water from the program pamsimas uneven in placement. Then there is the lack of participation of the community in the success of this government program, where in the construction found people who do not participate directly or cooperate to build the shelter
