Based on Law Number 23 Year 2014 on Local Government on the Role of Regional House of Representatives in North Kolaka this study aims to find out how the role of the Regional House of Representatives in the Implementation of the Regional Autonomy Law in North Kolaka and any obstacles experienced by the Members North Kolaka Regency Council in performing its duties. This type of research that is used is qualitative descriptive. with data collection techniques that is interview. Primary data is complemented by the 1945 Act. While secondary data are from references (books, articles, scientific papers, print media, magazines and websites). The data that have been obtained and collected, either primarily or secondary, if with qualitative techniques, ie from the basics of general research and then examine things that are special. After the process, in pull of a conclusion. The findings obtained from the results of research indicate that the role of the House of Representatives of the Regency of North Kolaka is other than to convey all the aspirations of the people, as well as the Agency Budgeting, Supervision, and Legislation. Which is implemented based on the function of each member of the Board. The obstacles that can be faced in carrying out its duties, namely the budget problems are sometimes not met and the difference of opinion on the aspirations proposed.
