The Ability to Develop Essay Framework into Essay Description of the Student Class X SMA 1 Wolo
This research is motivated by the need for identification and information about the ability to develop the framework of an essay to be the essay of description as the basic policy plan of learning material in writing Indonesian subjects. The problem in this research is how is the ability to develop the framework of the essay to be a description of the students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Wolo? The goal is to describe the ability to develop the essay framework into a description of the students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Wolo. Type of research used is field research type that is the direct researcher to school to get research data. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is the overall class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Wolo which amounted to 57 students enrolled in the academic year 2014/2015. The total population of 57 people is sampled (Total Sampling). So the respondents in this study as many as 57 students. The results showed that the students of grade X of SMA Negeri 1 Wolo were categorized as incapable of developing the framework of the essay to be a description essay, namely the percentage of 62.1%. From the five aspects of the assessment of the ability to develop the framework of essay to be a description of the students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Wolo can be summarized as follows: 1) Ability to develop the framework of essay into essay description on the aspect of assessment of unity is 96.5%; 2) The ability to develop an essay framework to be an essay description of the assessment aspect is 68.4%; 3) The ability to develop the essay framework to be a description of the aspect of the assessment of the accuracy of word choice is 54.4%; 4) The ability to develop the essay framework to be a description of the aspects of the correct spelling accuracy assessment is 49.1%; 5) The ability to develop an essay framework to be a descriptive essay on the assessment aspect of the description is 42.1%.
Genetic Structure Analysis in the Novel Marrying AIDS by Lia Indra Andriana

This research is motivated by a genetic structure in novel Marrying AIDS by Lia Indra Andriana. In accordance with the title of this study then researchers need to limit the problem. For, not all elements of literary works will be discussed. Based on the background of the problem in the novel Marrying AIDS, it can be seen the formulation of problems that arise in this study is “how genetic structure in Marrying AIDS novel by Lia Indra Andriana? The purpose of this study is to describe the genetic structure in Marrying AIDS novel by Lia Indra Andriana. The scope of the discussion is “how is the genetic structure in relation to the social aspect?”
This research is qualitative research. The method used in the novel is the descriptive method. The data in this study is the genetic structure in the novel Marrying AIDS. Source of data in this research is novel Marrying AIDS. This novel by Lia Indra Andriana published by publisher Sheila. In data collection, researchers use reading techniques, record techniques and library techniques. The research procedure consists of several stages, namely data collection, selection of data, analyzing the data that has been selected and make a research report. Data analysis technique used is a flow analysis model, which includes three components, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on the analysis of genetic structure in Marrying AIDS novel by Lia Indra Andriana. The genetic structure used in Lia Indra Andriana’s Marrying AIDS novel is an intrinsic element that only focussed on 3 (three) data, ie plot, figure, and background, in order to give the reader a strong and powerful influence. The groove used in the novel is a back and forth groove. The character in Lia Indra Andriana’s Marrying AIDS novel has the same virtue. Similarly, the background used in the novel, almost used by each character, namely hospitals, restaurants, rooms, and cemeteries. Genetic structure in this novel also gives a bombastic feel so that readers increasingly interested to continue reading the novel.

The usefulness of this research is theoretically, useful as the development of context theories and techniques of context analysis in literature. The data in this research is in the form of quotations, words contained in the context of the short story of Marmut Merah Jambu by Raditya Dika. Data collection techniques used in this study is the technique of reading, notes, and libraries. the data analysis technique used in this research use flow analysis model. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that in the short story of Marmut Merah Jambu by Raditya Dika, there are some context analysis but the researcher is the context analysis, and focus on the Speaking aspect.
The Substance of Material on the Procedure of Settlement of Default in Credit Agreements with the Rights of Dependent and the Problems Arising in the Credit Agreement at Bank Bahteramas in North Kolaka Regency
This research uses descriptive research about the settlement of default in credit agreement using the guarantee of Mortality right in Bahteramas in North Kolaka Regency by using qualitative data analysis. The data of the compilers were collected by conducting structured type interviews, library research with secondary and tertiary data sources, and then analyzing the secondary data sources.
Based on the results of research can be seen that as assistance to develop a business, credit facilities are needed in terms of capital increase. For ease of obtaining the credit. Without credit guarantees, the funds to be issued become difficult as it concerns the security of credit repayment. Bahteramas in North Kolaka Regency is one of the business partners who provide credit facilities with the guarantee of Mortgage Rights. Sometimes there is a difficulty in the pretext of returning credit to the debit party even though the credit agreement has used the guarantee, or the debt is done. The debtor himself, for example, the debtor deliberately did not make the achievements that have been agreed at the beginning or indeed the debtor in circumstances that are not possible for him to do the achievement for a certain thing such as natural disasters that caused all his wealth consumed by nature. If the bad debts occur, the Bank Bahteramas approaches the debtor by providing direction so that the debtor is willing to perform his / her performance by paying the surant on time if the approach does not work; the Bank Bahteramas gives warning and leniency time to limit certain time. The last path taken by the Bahteramas Bank is to withdraw the guarantee goods until the time limit for the leeway is discharged from the debtor’s default.
Implementation of Criminal Sanctions against Standard Helmet Offenders in North Kolaka

This study aims to determine the application of the law case against the perpetrators of motorcycle riders’ violation who do not use the standard helmet and to know the factors that influence the application of criminal sanctions against the perpetrators of violation of the use of the standard helmet in North Kolaka District.
The method used by the author here is the Empirical Normative, which examines legislation relating to the application of criminal sanctions against the perpetrators of violation of standard helmet usage in North Kolaka District and analyzes the application of sanctions against perpetrators who are proven to violate standard helmet usage in North Kolaka District.
From the results of the study authors, it can be concluded that the application of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of violations of the use of standard helmets in North Kolaka District imposed two sanctions namely (1). Penalty fine; and (2). Penalty sanctions and factors affecting the application of sanctions against offenders of standard helmet use in North Kolaka are (1). Regulation Factor; (2). Factors of Law Enforcement Officials; and (3). Factors of community participation.
Enhancement of Student Ability VIIA SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada in Writing Short Message through Question Answer Method

The background of this thesis, the majority of students difficult to pour ideas and ideas to write messages in the form of short messages in general. The formulation of the problem in this research is: “Are the Use of Question and Answer Methods to achieve the Enhancement of Student Ability of Class VII A of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada in Writing Short Message by Using Effective Sentence and Language Language?” The purpose of this study is “to describe the improvement of the ability of students of class VII A SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada in writing a short message using effective sentence and polite language through question and answer method”. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada academic year 2014/2015 in class VII A even semester on June 11, 2015, until on July 11, 2015, with the number of students 26 students consisting of 11 men and 15 women. The expected benefits of this research are: (1) improving students’ short message writing skills by creating a fun learning environment for students, (2) overcoming the difficulty of writing short message writing experienced by teachers, (3) can gain experience and real insights about the application learning techniques using question and answer techniques to improve the ability to write short messages. The procedures carried out during each cycle are planning, implementation of action, observation, evaluation and analysis and reflection. How to collect data about learning outcomes is taken by giving a short message to each student to be an example, then ordered the students to study the short message that is used as an example, after it is ordered to create a short message, data about self-reflection and changes that occurred taken from teacher observation, while data about student responses is taken through the observation sheet.
The results showed that there was an increase in the students’ learning outcomes on the basic competence of writing short messages. This result is indicated by the student’s score on the action of cycle III increases compared to pre-action, the cycle I, and cycle II. In pre-action there are 10 students or 38,46% that reach completeness, in cycle I there are 14 students or 53,85% which reach mastery, in cycle II there are 20 students or 76,92% who can reach mastery, and in cycle III there is 22 students or 84.62% who can achieve mastery. From this research, it can be concluded that with the application of question and answer method can improve student learning result of class VII A year of lesson 2014/2015 on basic competence to write a short message according to content by using effective sentence and polite language.
Improving the Ability of Free Poetry Writing through Question Answer Methods on Grade VIII B Students of SMP Negeri 2 Wolo

The background of this research is “In the implementation, free poetry writing lesson in class VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Wolo has not fully run well, it is seen from the observations made by researchers”. The formulation of the problem in this research is “Does by applying the method of question and answer learning can improve the ability to write free poems by using the right word choice of students of grade VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Wolo?” The purpose of this study is to improve the ability to write free poems by using the right word choice of students of class VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Wolo through question and answer method. This research is expected to be useful: (1) theoretically, the results of this study are expected to provide knowledge for researchers and readers in learning Indonesian, especially about learning to write free poems by using the right choice of words through question and answer method and implementation. This research is also expected to contribute to the world of education in general and can be the foundation of further research, (2) in practical the results of this study are expected to benefit students, teachers, and schools. Students can increase students’ interest in learning Indonesian, motivating students to be active in learning Indonesian, creating a pleasant student learning experience, and training students to improve their poetry writing skills. This research was conducted on July 26, 2016, until August 12, 2016, at SMP Negeri 2 Wolo Class VIII B even semester of Lesson 2015/2016. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, evaluation and analysis and reflection. The technique of collecting data that is data of learning implementation with observation sheet while the result of student learning is taken through test result of student learning.
The results of this study indicated by the method of question and answer can improve students’ ability in writing free poetry. This is seen from the results of research where from 32 students of class VIII B value increased from an average of 56.88 to 62.16 (increased 5.28) from pre-cycle to cycle I, then from cycle I to cycle II increased again from 62.16 to 78.34 (up 16.18). And overall increase from pre cycle to cycle II that is equal to 21,46. Completeness of learning results that initially only reached 6.25% in pre cycle increased to 25% in cycle I. After doing the action in the second cycle increased to 93.75%. This proves that the question and answer method succeeded in improving students’ ability in writing free poetry
Improving Reading Ability to Understand the Contents of Exposition Authorship Reading in Students of Class X SMAN 1 Poli-Polia through Implementation of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Competition Model

This research is based on the low ability of the students of class X SMAN 1 Poli-Polia in understanding the content of reading, especially the reading of the exposition essay. Looking at these circumstances, researchers interested in conducting experimental research by applying the CIRC learning model. The method used in this study, the experimental method. The study population was 125 respondents from 4 classes, X1, X2, X3, and X4, while the sample was taken from class X1 as experiment class and X3 as control class. Based on the results of research implementation of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model can improve the ability to understand the content of reading in the students of grade X SMA Negeri 1 Poli-Polia.
The result (prates) understand the contents of the exposition of the exposition obtained in the experimental class that 60% understand the contents of the text of the exposition of an exposition with an average of 60, while the results (posts) understand the contents of the text of the exposition of the student experiment class obtained 78.67% and increased to be successful with an average score of 78.67. Significant differences in understanding the content of expository reading between the test scores before and after the experimental lesson in the experimental class using the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model. Based on result of calculation of mean comparison by using t-test formula, obtained price t0,95 = 1,67 and price t0,99 = 2,39. Thus, t0 is greater than 1.67 <2.8> 2.39. Thus, the results of the analysis show that using Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model is an effort used in the learning process to improve students’ ability to understand the content reading exposition essay. Based on the results of the data taken from the questionnaire, the experimental class or X-1 students still experience some constraints from Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning, some of which are: 1) Students do not find it easier to understand the content of reading by using CIRC model, 2) Difficulty in picking up important points finished reading a reading, 3) Difficulty in understanding the content of group reading, 4) Difficulty in understanding the contents of reading, 5) Difficulty in having to conclude a reading, and 6) Understanding each reading it reads.
Increased Intensive Reading Ability through the SQ3R Method

The problem in this research is the low reading ability of students caused by low reading interest, whereas the interest of reading which is less tend to be caused by the way of poor teaching teacher and inadequate reading. This is the way teachers are used in the teaching-learning process is less desirable by students or the workings in the context of less learning generate students to read, which ultimately causes the ability to read does not grow and make students saturated.
This research was conducted in class VIII / C SMP Negeri 2 Wolo academic year 2015/2016 even semester on July 26 until August 26, 2016, with the number of students as many as 30 students consisting of 14 male students and 16 female students. This research was conducted with 2 cycles and the procedure performed in every cycle is planning, implementation of action, observation, evaluation and reflection. The data sources used in this research are Indonesian teacher (teacher of mutra), observer and student. Types of data collected are quantitative data in the form of student learning outcomes and qualitative data that is the result of observation of teachers as researchers and to students.
The results of this study indicate an increase in students’ intensive reading ability. This result is shown by the average value of 30 students in the second cycle is 80.50% of the results have met the predefined performance indicators that are 80%, students get a minimum score of 70. Activity students in the learning process, especially when reading showed a considerable increase, where in cycle I the percentage of student activity is 64.62% with good enough category and on the second cycle increased to 85.5% with the Good category.
Enhancement of Students’ Ability VIII D Junior High School 2 Samaturu Finds Main Issues Various News Topics Are Same through Inquiry Method

The formulation of the problem in this research is “Is the inquiry method can improve the ability of students of grade VIII D of SMP Negeri 2 Samaturu find the main problem from the various news that same topic?”. The benefits of this research are: (1) For students, increase reason in understanding discourse, find the main problem from news related with same topic, and increase creativity and courage of student in thinking, (2) For teacher, enrich the treasures of method, technique, as well as models in learning Indonesian, can improve the methods, techniques, strategies and teaching models that have been used, and can improve teaching and learning activities are interesting and not boring, (3) For schools, as reading material and reference for the implementation of action learning reading at later times.
This research was conducted on July 28 until August 15, 2016, in class VIII D SMP Negeri 2 Samaturu academic year 2015/2016. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. The use of inquiry methods can improve the ability of grade VIII D students of SMP Negeri 2 Samaturu in finding the main problem from various news related topics. The average score of students who in the initial test only reached 53.0 had an increase in the first cycle, which is to be 74.44. And in cycle II the average value becomes 88.5. The increase of students’ classical completeness in finding the main problem from various news related topics using inquiry method can be seen through the percentage obtained. The percentage in pre cycle only reach 10%, after implemented action cycle I increased to 53%. And very good improvement seen in cycle II, the classical percentage of student completeness reach 97% including in very good category.
