This research is motivated by Competency Standards, writing skills are one of the four language skills other than listening skills, and speaking, which is important to learn and master. By reading one can get the message to be conveyed by the author. The problem in the research is formulated as follows: “How is the Ability of Grade VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Ladongi in Finding Main Problems from Different News?” The purpose of the research is to ‘Describe the ability of Grade VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Ladongi in Finding the Main Problem from Various Different News. The expected benefit of this research is as an information material for Indonesian teachers in an effort to improve the quality of education in general in the field of Indonesian language studies. The population in this study is all students of Class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Ladongi academic year 2014/2015 samples in this study only took 50 people with random pickles. The instrument in this research is using questionnaire and documentation of student learning result obtained from the formative test done by the teacher. Data processing technique done in this research is descriptive statistic, conclusion in research is Aspect which is enough for student in finding the main problem from various the same topic is 95%, while the aspect is not enough for students to determine the main problem of each news as much as 32%, conclude the similarity and compare some news as much as 48%, what events as much as 12%.

The Ability of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Ladongi in Editing Essay

The background of this research is one of the writing skills taught in SMP class IX based on Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) is editing essay by referring to the accuracy of spelling, word choice, and sentence effectiveness and paragraph alignment. Through this learning, students are expected to edit the essay and then fix it. The problem in this research is how is the ability of students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Ladongi in editing essay? The goal is to describe the ability of students of Class IX SMP Negeri 2 Ladongi in editing essay. The scope of this study is to edit the essay by referring to the accuracy of spelling, word choice, the effectiveness of the sentence and the cohesiveness of the paragraph is not researched because it has not been taught.
This type of research is classified as field research. The method used is the quantitative descriptive method. The sample taken in this research is 50 people. The instrument used to collect data is a written test by presenting the text of the essay is still wrong then the student is assigned to edit the essay with the allocation of time for 2 hours lesson.
Based on the results of data analysis that has been obtained by the researcher that the ability of Student Class IX SMP Negeri 2 Ladongi in editing the Entrance in the category not able, because not reach KKM, that is 70. It is said notable because 50 students become sample of research, only 22 students or 21, 6% are categorized as capable and 28 students or 27,4% belong to the inadequate category.

Improvement of Ability to Respond to Poetry Reading of Students through Discussion Method of Class VIIA SMP Negeri 2 Wolo

This research is motivated by the idea that the ability to respond to the poetry reading by each student is different. The formulation of the problem in this research is “How to improve the ability to respond to reading the poetry of students through the discussion of Class VIIA SMP Negeri 2 Wolo?” The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of students’ poetry reading ability through the discussion of class VIIA SMP Negeri 2 Wolo. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research. Objects in the study of students class VIIA SMP Negeri 2 Wolo amounted to 32. Instruments in this study are in the form of test pieces of learning performance of Indonesian language, observation or observation sheet and documentation. Data analysis was done by qualitative descriptive technique. The result obtained with reference to the criteria of minimal mastery (KKM) is 70%. In pra cycle obtained by completion in classical is 31, 25% or 10 students that reach indicator mastery learn with value ≥70, with average value 66, 03. The result of the cycle I obtained by completeness in classical is 56, 25% or 18 students which reaching indicator mastery learns with value ≥70, with average value 72, 72. The result of cycle II obtained by completeness in classical is 87,50% or 28 students which reaching indicator mastery learn with value ≥70, with the mean value 79,41, so concluded that there is the improvement of reading poetry ability of student through discussion class VIIA SMP Negeri 2 Wolo
Improving the Ability of Grade VIII-d Students of SMP Negeri 1 Ladongi to Write Free Poems through Demonstration Learning Strategy

This study is based on the Competency Standards of Free Poetry Writing With Suitable Rich Electives, writing skills is one of the four language skills, in addition to the listening skills, and the important to learn and master speaking, which is focused on this research, is the standard writing skill the competence of writing a free poem with a choice of appropriate words. In this research problem formulated as follows, how is the ability of Student Class VIII-d SMP Negeri 1 ladongi in finding the main problem of writing poetry with appropriate choice of words, this study aims to find an answer through empirical data about the data formulated that is in knowing Ability Student Class VIII-d SMP Negeri 1 Ladongi in finding the main problem in terms of experience and imagination. The expected benefit of this research is as an ingredient of information for Indonesian language teachers in particular. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK) by taking actions in order to improve classroom practice professionally. The data collected in this research was taken with several techniques such as by observation, interview, questionnaire, test, and field notes. Instrument of this research is a tool used to collect data in research. The population in this study is all students of Class VIII-d SMP Negri 1 Ladongi academic year 2015/2016 sample at random. The instrument in this research is using questionnaire and documentation. Technique of data processing done in this research is as follows: improvement of ability of student of class VIII-d SMP Negri 1 Ladongi in finding the main problem of writing poetry free class VIII-d SMP Negeri 1 Ladongi, while aspect not yet enough by student in determining main problem in writing 32% poetry writing free poems with a choice of 48% suitable word analyzing poetry 12%.

The Ability of Grade VII Students of SMPN 5 Tanggetada in Explaining Background Relationship with Social Reality

This research is motivated by one of the basic competencies in learning Indonesian language and literature is to explain the background relationship in short stories with social reality. The short story is a typical story that is able to express more than just what is told. The short story contains the storytelling of a major event, the main event is not always stand-alone there are other events that are supporting the main events. The problem that will be studied in this research is “How is the Ability of Grade VII Students of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada in explaining the relationship of the short story with Social Reality?” This research aims to describe the ability of Grade VII Student of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada in explaining the relationship of short story background with social reality. This research was conducted in class VII of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada. This type of research is field research. The design used in this research is the quantitative descriptive method. The population of the study were all students of class VII of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada academic year 2014/2015, which amounted to 29 students. The population characteristics are heterogeneous. This population is also a sample. The instrument used in this research is in the form of written test that is, testing essay as much as 10 items. The data were collected by using the ability test instrument to explain the short story background relationship with the social reality of the students of grade VII-B of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada which have been compiled. The results showed that the ability of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada in explaining the relationship between short stories with Social Reality as a whole is in the category of good ability. With details of 9 or 90% achieved by 6 respondents or 20.69%. Value 8 or 80% achieved by 7 respondents or equal to 24, 14% good ability category. The value of 7 or 70% achieved by 11 respondents or equal to 37.93% good ability category. A score of 6 or 60% is achieved by 3 respondents or by 10.34% of sufficient capability categories. A value of 5 or 50% is achieved by 2 respondents or by 6.90% enough capability categories.
The Ability of Grade VII Students of SMPN 4 Tanggetada in Responding to Read a Poem

This research is motivated by learning to listen in school is still often underestimated. Some causes dismissed learning to listen among other teachers are less sensitive and less responsive to the needs of students in learning to listen. During this time, in learning to listen, teachers only read the material simakan to students. If such things are still done, then what happens is that students will feel bored and not interested in learning to listen. It would be better if teachers look for other alternatives for learning to listen to more varied and more interesting. The problem to be studied in this research is “How is the VII Student Ability of Grade VII of State Junior High School 4 Tanggetada in Responding to Read a Poem “? This study aims to describe the ability of the seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanggetada in responding to the reading of poetry. This research was conducted in Grade VII of State Junior High School 4 Tanggetada academic year 2014/2015. The population is 26 students. The population is also a sample of research. The instrument of this research is written the test that is, essay test that Sums up 2 item with details (1) one item about relating to how to pronunciation, intonation, expression of the poetry reader, (2) one item about the matter with the logical reason of reading of poetry that is heard / witnessed . The results showed that the ability of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanggetada in responding to the reading of poetry on the whole aspen shows the value of 9 or 90% achieved by 1 respondent or 3.85%. Value 8 or 80% achieved by 7 respondents or equal to 26.92% good ability category. A value of 6 or 60% is achieved by 8 respondents or by 30.77% sufficient capability categories. A value of 5 or 50% is achieved by 9 respondents or by 34.62% sufficient capability categories. A value of 4 or 40% is achieved by 1 respondent or by 3.85% less capability category. In the aspect put forward the way of pronunciation, intonation, poetry reader expression shows the value of 4 or 80% obtained 7 respondents or equal to 26.92% good ability category. Value 3 or 60% obtained 12 respondents or equal to 46.15%, sufficient ability category. Value 2 or 40% obtained 7 respondents or equal to 26.92%, less ability category. On the aspect of being able to respond with a logical reason reading the poetry heard/witnessed shows the value of 5 or 100% obtained 1 respondent or equal to 3.85% very good ability category. Value of 4 or 80% obtained 3 respondents or equal to 11,54%, good ability category. Value 3 or 60% obtained 16 respondents or equal to 61.54%, sufficient ability category. Value 2 or 40% obtained 6 respondents or by 23.08%, less ability category.
The Relationship of Home Study Facilities with the Achievement of Indonesian Language Learning of Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Wolo
This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge and information about the Relationship of Home Study Facilities with Indonesian Language Learning Achievement. The problem in this research is how is the relation of learning facilities at home with the achievement of Indonesian student of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Wolo? The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship of learning facilities at home with the achievement of teach Indonesian class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Wolo. This study consists of two variables, namely: 1) the independent variable (X) is a means of learning in the home of students of grade VIII. A SMP Negeri 1 Wolo, and 2) the dependent variable (Y) is the achievement of learning Indonesian class VIII A SMP Country 1 Wolo. The population in this study is all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Wolo academic year 2014/2015 consisting of 3 classes, namely class VIII A 26 students, VIII B 26 students, and VIIIc 25 students. Given the large population of 77 students, then in this study, the authors set the entire population into a sample of research (total sampling). The results showed that there is a significant relationship between learning facilities at home with student achievement in SMP Negeri 1 Wolo. From the results of further tests show that between learning means are closely related to learning achievement.
Improved Learning Outcomes by Cooperative Learning Model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) in Grade VIII Junior High School H. Agus Salim Katoi District
This study aims to describe the Improved Learning Outcomes of Indonesia through Cooperative Learning Model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) in Grade VIII SMP H. Agus Salim, Katoi District.
The population of this study is the total of students of Class VIII SMP H. Agus Salim Katoi District of North Kolaka Regency, amounting to 40 people. The sample of this study is the total sample in all population of the existing class VIII.
The results of data analysis and discussion can be concluded that the learning achievement of Indonesian language can be improved through the model of cooperative type CIRC in grade VIII students SMP H. Agus Salim Katoi District, this can be seen from:
- The increase in the average of Indonesian students learning outcomes 70.25 in cycle I to 79.38 in cycle II.
- Increased percentage of students who complete learning is 72.5% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II.
- The occurrence of increased student activity in the learning process in accordance with the results of observations made during the study
Patriarchal Ideology in Dramatic Drama of Badik Titipan Ayah by Taufik Daraming Tahir

The dramatic drama of Badik Titipan Ayah by Taufik Daraming Tahir which tells the side of the family life of Karaeng Tiro. The presence of a drama script which is not an individual trait. The drama script can originate from the “influence” of other literary works. To show the interplay of drama manuscripts then conducted a more in-depth study. A study that can be used is the study of patriarchal ideology. This study aims to describe the study of the patriarchal ideology of drama script “Badik Titipan Ayah by Taufik Daraming Tahir”. The research of the drama script is focused on the study of patriarchal ideology which includes, (1) figures and characterizations, setting, plot (facts of the story) and (2) connected with the element of patriarchal ideology, these elements include familial kinship and ideology that accompany: (1) decision-making authority in manuscripts of paternal fathers; and (2) the ideology of patriarchy in culture in the drama of Badik Titipan Ayah by Taufik Daraming Tahir. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in the form of reading and writing techniques, analysis techniques and using content review techniques and using structural analysis on drama script study after that apply the next three rare ie reduction, serving data, and lighting conclusions. The results of the study were related to patriarchal ideology in the drama of Badik Titipan Ayah by Taufik Daraming Tahir, (1) decision making authority in the drama script Badik Titipan Ayah by Taufik Daraming Tahir, ie (a) Tenri took the decision to elope with her lover Word (b) The Word refuses to elope (c) Tetta takes the decision to summon his son Andi Aso to resolve Tenri’s problem (d) Candra makes a decision to help Tenri (e) Andi Aso decide to refuse to settle the matter with the custom. (2) the patriarchal ideology in the Bugis culture of Makassar in the drama Badik Titipan Ayah by Taufik Daraming Tahir, ie (a) Tenri’s decision to elope is wrong and in the matter by Tettanya (Karaeng Tiro) (b) Word does not want to do deed (c) Granting the right to Andi Aso to settle the case (d) Candra knows that Tenri’s conduct to elope violates custom (e) Karaeng Tiro also dies. This research is motivated by the fact that literary works are essential as a means of entertainment, positive messenger, and the life of humanity, especially the spiritual value because it is considered useful for the existence of human life. The problem in this research is “How are the spiritual values in the Novel of Gunung Makrifat Memoar Pencari Tuhan by Tri Wibowo B.S?” The purpose of this study is to describe the spiritual value in the Novel of Gunung Makrifat Memoar Pencari Tuhan by Tri Wibowo B.S Benefits to be achieved in this study are (1) theoretically, this research is expected to contribute Indonesian literary treasures, especially the study of spiritual values; (2) in practice, is expected to deepen the knowledge of students, students, students primarily understand the concept of values and spiritual concepts. This research is a literature method. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. Data in this research is written data in the form of words, phrases, clauses, sentences or paragraphs related to the spiritual values contained in the novel. The source of data in this research is the Novel of Gunung Makrifat Memoar Pencari Tuhan by Tri Wibowo B.S. Data analysis technique in this research is reading technique and technique of note.
