The Role of Midwives in Improving Public Health in Totallang Village, Lasusua District, North Kolaka Regency

The purpose of this study is to know the role of the Role of Midwives in Improving Public Health in Totallang Village, Lasusua District, North Kolaka Regency.
The informants of this research consist of Totallang Village Government, Midwife, PKK Team and community. The number of Informant research that is 10 people, research type is descriptive qualitative. Type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques that is observation, interview and documentation.
The results showed that the Role of Midwives in Improving Public Health in Totallang Village, Lasusua District, North Kolaka Regency are: 1). Midwife services conducted by midwives in the villages are providing basic obstetric care, such as services at delivery, infant health services and socialization of family planning programs. The purpose of this midwifery service is to reduce maternal and child mortality; 2) The role of midwife in relation to general health services in relation to general public health checks, nutrition improvement and eradication of communicable diseases; 3) Activities included in health development and community empowerment are community counselling of healthy lifestyles, improvement of utilization of health facilities and monitoring, evaluation and reporting; 4) Health technical guidance is carried out on the guidance of PKK cadres, guidance on posyandu cadres, guidance to members of the homeless and guidance to environmental health work groups.

The Employees Performance Analysis of Community Health Centre in Improving Public Health Service

The purpose of this study is to determine The Employees Performance Analysis of Community Health Centre in Improving Public Health and to determine the factors that affect employee performance in improving public health services.
The type of research used is descriptive research method with the qualitative approach and the type of data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from the parties then processed by the researchers themselves and secondary data obtained indirectly, that is through the books literature, documentation and other information related to the research problem. Data analysis techniques start from gathering information through interviews and in the final stages by drawing conclusions.
The result of the research shows that the Employees Performance of Community Health Centre in Improving Public Health has not been running optimally so that there is a need for motivation or motivation for the performance of employees in performing their main duty and function, in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that the services provided to the community can run with optimal.

The purpose of this research is to know and explain the Community Participation in Management and Utilization of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) In Langori Village, Baula Sub-District, Kolaka District
The data collected in this study consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from interviews with informants who numbered 10 people and the results of field observations. While for secondary data by doing data collection is literature study, direct observation and supporting literature. The data analysis technique is qualitative by using data reduction, display data (presentation) and withdrawal conclusion.
The results of the research conducted in Langori Village showed that the participation of the community of Langori village in the utilization and management of the allocation of village funds (ADD) is still not good in terms of participation of personnel, mind and money / material because most langori villagers have not participated because the villagers’ fall into the category of poor as well as they are busy working in fulfilling daily life. But the participation of Langori villagers in the form of skills, goods and materials is good because people are willing to sacrifice in the planning stage to the control stage where the community donate goods and skills owned by Langori villagers in the implementation and management of poor allocation of village funds but the contribution and participation of the skilled people is very helpful in the process of building the Langori Village. Factors affecting community participation in development are quite good although in terms of social factors are still lacking because of low-income levels and thus affecting community participation in the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD). Not separated from its political and cultural factors give influence in development so that development can be constrained.

Improved Spelling Error in Authorship of Grade VIIIA in SMP Negeri 1 Wolo
In essence, this research is based on the error in language. Writing skills is one of the objects of measuring the ability of Indonesian language usage is good and correct. Given that writing, especially composing is a tool for expressing ideas, it means that the more one writes and reads, the more ideas or ideas he or she owns and is able to develop. Teaching concepts aim to express facts, feelings of attitudes, the content of thoughts, clearly and effectively to the reader for communication is done properly then the author should pour his ideas into a regular language and the proper use of words to represent the thoughts and feelings to be expressed in a sentence pattern.
The objective of the study was to describe and analyze the errors of enhanced spelling use. Benefits of research (1) input materials and guidance for Indonesian language teachers in determining linguistic aspects, (2) feedback on improving or improving teaching Indonesian language especially in writing essay in SMP Negeri 1 Wolo, (3) For further research reference and material information for the parties who need data relevant to this thesis. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research includes classroom research. The data in this study is written data in the form of essay class VIII students SMP Negeri 1 Wolo. Sources of data in this study are students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Wolo which amounted to 34 students. The data collection technique is by giving the authoring test to the students. Students are given 2 x 40 minutes to work on essays. Student essay sheets are collected and then analyzed the individual error aspects (each of the items). Type of essay to be written by students based on the title specified. The data analysis technique in this study collects data, classifies errors and identifies, ranks errors, explains errors, and predicts error-prone spelling.
Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Wolo still make mistakes in writing Indonesian essay, in particular, is the use of enhanced spelling. This can be evidenced by the many forms of error. Error in the use of capital letters as many as 111 errors. Error in word writing counted 100 errors. Error in writing letters as many as 9 errors. Factors causing language errors in the sphere of enhanced spelling are due to the lack of emphasis on the material, the lack of emphasis in the learning process due to the fact that the teacher only taught in accordance with the standard content in the syllabus. In addition, it is still affected by the habit factor due to the existence of a number of say sounds are almost the same.
The Ability of Grade VII Students of SMP 5 Tanggetada in Explaining Background Relationship with Social Reality

This research is motivated by one of the basic competencies in learning Indonesian language and literature is to explain the background relationship in short stories with social reality. The short story is a typical story that is able to express more than just what is told. The short story contains the story telling of a major event, the main event is not always stand-alone there are other events that are supporting the main events. The problem that will be studied in this research is “How is the Ability of Grade VII Students of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada in explaining the relation of the short story with Social Reality?” This research aims to describe the ability of Grade VII Student of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada in explaining the relationship between short story and social reality. This research was conducted in class VII of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada. This type of research is field research. The design used in this research is the quantitative descriptive method. The population of the study was all students of class VII of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada academic year 2014/2015, which amounted to 29 students. The population characteristics are heterogeneous. This population is also a sample. The instrument used in this research is in the form of written test that is, testing essay as much as 10 items. The data were collected by using the ability test instrument to explain the short story background relationship with the social reality of the students of grade VII-B of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada which have been compiled. The results showed that the ability of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Tanggetada in explaining the relationship between short stories with Social Reality as a whole is in the category of good ability. With details of 9 or 90% achieved by 6 respondents or 20.69%. Value 8 or 80% achieved by 7 respondents or equal to 24, 14% good ability category. Value of 7 or 70% achieved by 11 respondents or equal to 37.93% is good ability category. A score of 6 or 60% is achieved by 3 respondents or by 10.34% of sufficient capability categories. A value of 5 or 50% is achieved by 2 respondents or by 6.90% enough capability categories.
The Ability of Grade VIII Students of SMP 4 Tanggetada in Understanding Themes and Background of Teenage Novel Read

This research is motivated by the role of Learning explain the theme and background of adolescent novels is one of the basic competencies studied in class VIII junior high. The theme is the idea of a story. The author in writing the story is not just about to tell a story but wants to say something to the reader. Background or setting is a description of the situation of place and time and the atmosphere of the occurrence of events. Learning explains the theme and background of adolescent novels is important. Learning about the theme and the background of the novel is not just to provide an understanding of where the event occurred in the novel. However, beyond that, students’ understanding and student learning experience can be more than that. The problem that will be studied in this research is “How is the ability of Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanggetada to understand the theme and background of the adolescent novel that is read?” This study aims to describe the ability of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanggetada in understanding the theme and background of adolescent novels. This research was conducted on grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanggetada. The type of this research is field research with the quantitative descriptive method. The population of the study was all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tanggetada academic year 2014/2015, which amounted to 30 students. The population is directly assigned to the research sample. The research data was collected by using the ability test instrument to understand the theme and background of the adolescent novel that was read out. The test was given in the form of written test ie, essay test which amounted to 10 items. The results showed that the ability of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Tanggetada in understanding the theme and background of novel adolescents are read in the category is good enough or for 25 students or 83.3% who reach the minimum mastery criteria. Student acquisition value in all aspects shows 8 or 100% score reached by 7 respondents or 23%. The capability category is very good. A score of 7 or 87.5% is achieved by 15 respondents or by 50% excellent ability category. Value of 6 or 75% achieved by 3 respondents or by 10% category of ability is good enough. A value of 5 or 62.5% is achieved by 1 respondent or by 3% category of ability is good enough. A score of 4 or 50% is achieved by 3 respondents or by 10% in the category of poor ability. Value 3 or 37.5% achieved by 1 respondent or by 3% category less good ability.
Improving Ability to Express Thoughts and Feelings through Storytelling Activities of VIIC Students of SMP Negeri 2 Wolo

This research is based on the idea that speaking is a communication medium for all levels of society in order to achieve certain goals. The formulation of the problem in this research is “How to Improve Ability to Express the Mind and Feelings through Storytelling Activities of Class VIIC Students of SMP Negeri 2 Wolo?” This study aims to describe the Improvement of Ability to Express Thoughts and Feelings through Storytelling Activities of Class VIIC students of SMP Negeri 2 Wolo. The research model used in this research is Classroom Action Research. Objects in the study of students class VIIC SMP Negeri 2 Wolo amounted to 29. Instruments in this study are in the form of observation or observation sheet and Indonesian language learning test. Data analysis was done by qualitative descriptive technique.
The result obtained with reference to the criteria of minimal mastery (KKM) is 70%. In the pre-cycle is obtained by completion in classical is 7 students or 24, 14% that reaching indicator mastery learn with value ≥ 65, while that does not reach mastery as much 22 students or 75, 86%. The result of the cycle I obtained by completeness in classical is 20 student or 68, 97% which reaching indicator mastery learn with value ≥ 65, while that does not reach mastery as much 9 students or 31, 03%. The result of cycle II obtained by completeness in classical is 26 students or 89,66% which reaching indicator mastery learning with value ≥ 65, while that does not reach mastery as much as 3 students or 10,34%. Ability to express the thoughts and feelings through speaking activities of the students of class VIIC SMP Negeri 2 Wolo experience improvement from the pre-cycle / pre-action implementation until the implementation of the final evaluation action cycle II.
Development of Understanding Student Reading through Technique Two Stay Two Spread in Class VII SMP Satap Negeri 05 Tontonunu

Researchers designed the Development of Student Understanding in Reading Through the Two-Dwelling Two Methods Spreading in Class VII SMP Satap Negeri 05 Tontonunu. Researchers Find A Question “How The Two-Dwelling Two-Dropping Methods Can Develop Student Reading Understanding? Objects to be described by researchers here is the development of students’ understanding in reading through the two live methods scattered in Class VII SMP Satap Negeri 05 Tontonunu. The researcher’s designs coalesced with his classroom research action with the design ranging from Preparation of Learning Plans, Implementation, Observation, analyze, and reflection. This learning is carried out in two cycles. Data were taken from the reading test and observation sheet. They implement in the practice of learning. Once executed the researcher found that the two methods lived two scattered can successfully improve the reading comprehension of the students. Increased understanding of students can be described by the numbers they get. In the first cycle of the test results, students get an average of 53.84 or 23.07% of students who reach KKM, which means 6 out of 26 students get 75 or more. This means that 76.92 failed. Supported with student observation sheets in the first cycle, at the first meeting 2.0 increased 2.33 at the second meeting, to 2.33 in the third. This means they reach enough categories. While in the second cycle, from the test results we can see the average student who reached the KKM is 76.34 or 84.61% of students who scored 75 and 15.38% of students score less than 75. It is said that 22 students who scored 75 or more and more students received grades less than 75. Supported by student observation sheets of the first meeting 3.22, increased 4.22, to 4.55 in the third. This means the students get a Good category. Finally, this method can be recommended to English Teachers to apply this technique as an alternative to be taught because this technique can improve students’ reading comprehension.

Implementation of Hope Family Program in Atula Sub-district, Ladongi District East Kolaka Regency

The purpose of this study is to describe Implementation of Hope Family Program in Atula Sub-district, Ladongi District East Kolaka Regency. This type of research is descriptive research using observation and interview data collection techniques and literature study. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method used to describe and explain in general about the focus of problem in research.
Based on data collected, the result of this research is Implementation of Hope Family Program in Atula Sub-district, Ladongi District East Kolaka Regency. That in the implementation of Hope Family Program, Implementation in accordance with the three indicators indicates that it is in accordance with the existing mechanism that has been established by the Ministry of Social Affairs and everything runs periodically either in terms of organization, Interpretation while in the application structure shows that in Implementation of Hope Family Program in Atula Sub-district, Ladongi District East Kolaka Regency not running maximally yet.

The Use of Demonstrative Pronominal in the Novel of Pulang by Tere Liye

This research is motivated by novel Pulang by Tere Liye focusing on the use of demonstrative pronominal or pronoun of the pointer. The pronoun of the pointer is the main concept used as the material of analysis in which the pronoun of the pointer is divided into three types, namely the pronoun of this general and that, the place of the place, here, and place thereof, and the pronoun of the appointment of this and so. The problem studied in this study is “How is The Use of Demonstrative Pronominal in the Novel of Pulang by Tere Liye?” The purpose of this study was to describe The Use of Demonstrative Pronominal in the Novel of Pulang by Tere Liye. Benefits to be achieved in this research is, (1) Theoretically this research can be useful to develop theories of literature, especially the theory related to novel and pronominal demonstrative, (2) In practical this research can be used as follows: (a) Researcher and the reader may obtain an in-depth description of The Use of Demonstrative Pronominal in the Novel of Pulang by Tere Liye, (b) the reader may gain knowledge and understanding of the use of demonstrative pronominal. The limitations of this study discuss only three types of demonstrative pronominal use, (1) general demonstrative pronominal, (2) demonstrative pronominal of place, (3) demonstrative pronominal. This type of research is literature research. The method used in this research is literature research. The method used in this research is the descriptive method of analysis. This research data is taken from one form of literary tangible literary work. The source of this research data is a novel entitled Pulang by Tere Liye, published by Republika Publisher Kav. Police Block I No. 65 Jagakarsa, Jakarta 12260, September 2015. With a total of 400 pages. The technique of collecting data is done by documentation technique. The technique used to analyze the data that has been obtained is descriptive technique. The data analysis procedure is used for collecting data, identifying data, summing data, and analyzing data. 1,877 the use of the demonstrative pronouns above consists of the general demonstrative pronouncement of 1,075 of these general demonstrative pronouns of 565 and the general demonstrative pronoun is not found in Tere Liye’s novel Pulang. Whereas the demonstrative pronominal places there as much 153, demonstrative pronouns here number 49, and demonstrative pronouns are not found in Tere Liye’s novel Pulang. And the demonstrative pronouns are about two in number and the demonstrative pronouns are about 33. As for the results of the research, there are 1,881 demonstrative pronominal uses in Tere Liye’s novel Pulang.
