Analysis the Quality of Public Service (Study of Clean Water Service at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) of Tirawuta District, East Kolaka Regency

The purpose of this study is to describe the Quality of Clean Water Service at PDAM Office in improving satisfaction of people at Tirawuta District, East Kolaka Regency.
Type of research used is by using data collection method that is by observation method and interview. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method used to describe and explain in general about the research problem.
Based on the data collected, the results of this study is the Quality of Water Services at PDAM Office in improving public satisfaction at District Tirawuta East Kolaka Regency. Significantly in line with the implementation of Water Service Quality at PDAM Office in improving satisfaction of people at Tirawuta District, East Kolaka Regency. In addition, in this study presents some interview results that describe the Quality of Clean Water Service at PDAM office in improving public satisfaction in Tirawuta District, Kolaka Regency. That from the research shows that most of the field has been successfully connected with the provision of clean water service to the people of Tirawuta District and East Kolaka Regency in general. The result of this research is indicated by indicator (1). Tangibles (2), Reliability (3), Responsiveness (4), Assurance (5), Empathy.
