The Effect of Human Resource Competence on Employee Performance in PD. Aneka Usaha Kolaka District

The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Human Resource Competence Consisting of Knowledge (X1), Skill (X2), and Behaviour (X3) on Employee Performance on PD. Aneka Usaha Kolaka District.
This research is a kind of explanation research, that research can be studied according to its level which is based on purpose and object-object. Population in this research is PD. Aneka Usaha Kolaka District. Methods of data collection in this study were Questionnaire, Interview, and Documentation Study. Data is processed using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The method of data analysis using the descriptive method and quantitative method is by multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the influence of human resource competencies consisting of knowledge (X1), skill (X2), and Behaviour (X3) on Employee Performance on PD. Aneka Usaha Kolaka District.
Based on the F test the independent variables (knowledge, skills, and behaviour) together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance). By testing the correlation coefficient (R) obtained that the level of correlation or the relationship between knowledge, skills, and behaviour on employee performance is a high relationship. Behaviour is the most dominant factor affecting employee performance PD. Aneka Usaha Kolaka District.
