The Performance Analysis of Regional Water Company in Kolaka Regency

The purpose of this research is to know employees in productivity of organization performance at the office of Regional Water Company in Kolaka Regency, this type of research is to describe every circumstance obtained in research. Informants in this study as many as 10 peoples. Data collection techniques are direct observation, direct interview. The results of the study showed that employees have an effect on the performance at the office of Regional Water Company in Kolaka Regency.
The results of this research indicate that the performance of the organization of Regional Water Company in Kolaka Regency is still less in line with the expectations of the community. Where effectiveness, judging from the suitability of execution of the task and work with the result achieved. Accountability, from consistency between tasks and activities undertaken by the Regional Water Company. Responsiveness greened from the level of understanding of the tasks and functions in accordance with the decision of the minister.
