The Influence of Organizational Culture on Quality of Public Service (Study on Service Certificate of Vehicle Number (STNK) at One Roof System Office of North Kolaka Regency)

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on quality of public service (study on service certificate of vehicle number (STNK) at One Roof System Office of North Kolaka Regency).
This research is a research with quantitative descriptive technique, the informant in this research as many as forty people. Data collection techniques used are observations and questionnaires as for data analysis used is a quantitative data analysis technique by utilizing statistical test used is linear regression and spearman correlation. The formula for a simple regression equation that has one independent variable is as follows: Y = a + bX.
The results of this study indicate that the influence of organizational culture (X) on public service (Y) at One Roof System Office of North Kolaka Regency with organizational culture indicator is assertiveness, emotional intelligence and initiative, while public service indicator is Tangibles, Reliability and Assurance. From the results of hypothesis testing through linear correlation test, it is evident that the organizational culture significantly affects the public service at One Roof System Office of North Kolaka is 1.13%.
