The Influence of Different Feeding Growth on Growth and Survival Rate Larva Dean Sangkuriang Catfish (Clarias Gariepinus Var)

The formulation of the problem in this research is (I) is the feed of powdered milk solution, boiled chicken egg yolk and raw fish flesh affect the growth of larvae of Sangkuriang Catfish? (2) Is feed powder milk solution, boiled chicken egg yolk and raw fish flesh affect the survival rate of larvae of Sangkuriang Catfish? This study aims to determine the effect of different types of feed on the growth and survival rate of larvae of Sangkuriang Catfish (Clarias Gariepinus Var). In this research is Completely Randomized Design method (RAL) with three treatments and three replications. The test animal used is a 2-week Sangkuriang Catfish larva of 450 birds. Early length 3.9 cm, water volume 20 Vcontainer. Maintenance for 2 days with different feeding type A (powdered milk), B (boiled chicken egg yolk) and C (raw fish meat) with the same feed dose I 0% of fish body weight. The results showed the highest growth was found in treatment (A) 5.2 cm followed by treatment (8) 4.9 cm and the lowest treatment (C) 4.367 cm. The highest weight was seen in treatment A (5.68 g) and treatment B (5.67 g) while Treatment C (5.44) Survival of larvae of Sangkuriang Catfish highest seen in treatment A of 22.67o / o, followed by treatment B of 18.33%, and treatment C amoun 17%. From the results of statistical analysis using One-Way Anova test gives a real effect where (p <0, 05). The range of water quality parameters during the study was within a reasonable range, with a temperature range of 2931 ° C, the acidity level (pH) of 67 and dissolved oxygen (DO) ranged from 8.9’10.4 mg / I. This suggests that maintenance media are within a reasonable range for larvae culture of the Sangkuriang Catfish (Clarias Gariepinusvar).
